2. At the time of billing are there any questions or is there any clarification needed?
3. At the time of policy change - new address, new car, new phone number, etc., did the agency handle this change and follow up to make sure it got done?
4. At claim time - this one is very important - did the claim get handled with effectiveness and in a timely manner? Quick is not always better, but was it done right?
5. At renewal - has the agent offered to do a review of your coverage? Maybe you feel you don't need to, but did the agent offer to sit down with you to make sure you have the right coverage at the right price?
